Tom is an outdoorsy guy and a teacher. But after instructing Years 4-5 for about four years, he takes the plunge, setting out to walk 1100 miles around the perimeter of Wales. What begins as a nature adventure quickly becomes a test of both physical and mental strength. Along the way, Tom comes to realize bits about himself he never knew existed and learns that the most important things in life aren't items you buy, but rather loved ones, kindness, and the world around you- right where you are. Hear how his Welsh Wander grew into something much bigger than himself and is making a difference for people with Alzheimer's.

Hear also from Earl who is 97 years young. He's a master mechanic, electrician, and a participant in a clinical trial on Alzheimer's. He remembers changing jobs at the start of WWII, riding horses in the mountains, and even hoisting an old teacher's Model-T onto the roof of a barn using ropes with his friends. In this touching interview, I talk with Earl, his daughter, and his grandson about life past, present, and why they care about helping those in the future.

Special thanks to Tom from Wales, Earl, and Earl's family for sharing their stories with the world.

Truly, this is a message everyone needs to hear.

Rehaan grew up in his father's medical office, seeing the real side of medicine mixed with a child's impression of the field. Through a rocky journey, Rehaan makes his way to medical school himself but encounters a rude awakening that brings him to a major tipping point in life. Through a series of hilarious, challenging, and sometimes heartbreaking events, Rehaan discovers how the quest for the perfect chair ultimately brings him to a fuller understanding of both himself and what's truly important.

From the #1 radio show, Purple Requests, to his incredibly charming personality, meet Rehaan. Hear him bare it all, sharing the intimate details of his personal struggles, past, and how he's making strides to better the institutional problem of mental health.

"Steve from New Jersey" is an organic chemist who enjoys the stability his career provides. But he's literally the guy waiting for the weekend because, at night, he's a DIY basement venue operator with several housemates. That lifestyle is no stranger to opposition, is often misunderstood, and actually spans nationwide (and possibly beyond?). Steve must face the struggle of passion versus responsibility to ultimately rationalize and justify his pursuits. Will it be gratitude and comfort or independence and purpose that win out? Or, will the chemist and DIY roles leave Steve unable to support one without the other?
